Rafael is, by far, the most helpful and professional leasing agent I’ve ever met. Moving from San Antonio to Arlington was hectic in itself, but after getting help from Rafael, it was smooth. School boundaries are subject to change. Always double check with the school district for most current boundaries.
We hope to make this right, if you'll allow us the opportunity. Thanks again for taking the time to leave us this review. I have requested many times to look at the apartment unit before the move in date, but they have always deny saying they that the unit needs to be cleaned. There was some dead bugs and active ones crawling around.

The office staff is incredibly lazy & have no idea what they’re doing. These West Austin Apartments feature spacious one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes with open-idea designs and resort-style amenities. Enjoy a private, attached garage, soaring 9 ceilings, spacious walk-in closets, fireplaces, and private decks and yards. Work up a sweat in the newly upgraded state-of-the-art strength center.

I’ve been living here 2 years no big issues until today. I walked outside this morning to get in my car and noticed it wasn’t in the parking lot. I didn’t think anyone stole it because there’s nicer cars in the parking lot than mine.
Relax with friends at the outdoor kitchen and grilling regions or in the resort-style pool and hot tub. These apartments in West Austin are second-to-none. I have lived at the Verandahs at Cliffside for 2 years and have recently renewed my lease for another year. The Management Staff is efficient and prompt with any concerns. Keisha is always ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have with a warm and friendly smile. The Maintenance Team is very proficient.
I've called numerous times and they tell me someone will be out that day or they will call me back but neither of those things happen. The only reason why I signed a second lease was because I was 7 months pregnant at the time. They also didn't renew my lease on time.
They have lied straight to my face that they didn't have any. When I actually went on the website to see they was vacant united, and they were. I believe that hare just want to sign people for their salary increase. I don't think they care about the residents here.
I am being mistreated by my office management and I have contacted corporate management for help. No one in corporate management will contact me concerning my issues after repeated requests over several months time frame. I am totally frustrated and disappointed. If it was by the maintenance sept only I would rave on the apartments. But the office customer service ruins that. Verandahs at Cliffside has 3 shopping centers within 0.8 miles, which is about a 16-minute walk.
There was a pipe from the ceiling in the bathtub that was leaking as well under the sink that has down some damage to the wooded cabinet. They don't even all in advance when they would be coming to the apartment. I have asked the ladies in the office if they have another apartment unit that they have vacant so I can used since my apartment has no working AC.
